Overview
Rain Roofing provides commercial roofing services in Edmonton and the surrounding industrial region for warehouses, plants, institutions and retail plazas. We work on low-slope roofs only. That focus lets us offer every service a flat roof needs over its working life, delivered by the same company that knows the roof's history.
A commercial roof is a 20 to 30 year asset that sits under snow for five months, ponds in the spring melt and takes hail in the summer. How long it lasts depends on four things: how well it was built, how well it is maintained, how quickly problems are fixed, and whether the contractor is still around to honour the warranty. Our services are organized around those four things.

Most roof problems we are called to fix were built in on day one: a drain set too high, a flashing that stops short, insulation laid without slope. Our new construction and roof replacement work starts with drainage and detailing, because those are the parts of an Edmonton roof that freeze-thaw cycles find first.
On replacement projects we survey the existing roof before we price it, so you get a real choice between a full tear-off and a recover over dry insulation, with the reasons written down.
A flat roof that is inspected twice a year and kept clear at the drains will usually outlast one that is only visited when it leaks. Our inspection and maintenance programs cover spring and fall visits, drain clearing, sealant and flashing touch-ups, and a written report with photos and a marked roof plan.
Many manufacturer warranties expect documented maintenance. Our reports give you that record, and they give your capital plan real numbers instead of guesses.
Leaks rarely wait for business hours. When you call our emergency line, a person answers, takes the details and dispatches a crew. We make the roof watertight, document what we found and come back to complete the permanent repair when conditions allow.
After hail or a heavy snow year, we assess the damage and prepare the photos and notes your insurer and adjuster will ask for.
Every roof we install comes with a written workmanship warranty, and we keep a history file for every building we work on: installation records, inspection reports, repairs and warranty documents. If you call us in year eight, we already know your roof. See our warranties page for how the manufacturer, contractor and ARCA layers fit together.
The difference
Drag across a real-world example of what a replacement changes: the slope, the seams, the drain, and how long the roof will last.
